CFExclusion

What CFExclusion actually screens

Every screening checks the HHS-OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusions — nationwide, federal. Beyond that, CFExclusion also screens 16 states' own Medicaid exclusion lists, named below with the date each one is actually current as of. This is not a vague "we cover state data" claim — it is the specific, dated, per-state truth, including which 34 states we do not hold yet.

34 states not covered

CFExclusion does not hold these states' own Medicaid exclusion lists. A clear result for a subject in one of these states means no federal record was found — it says nothing about that state's own list, because there isn't one loaded to check.

  • A name match is not an identity determination. Confirm against the official record before taking any adverse action. Screens the HHS-OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusions, and state Medicaid exclusion lists for AZ, CA, KS, MD, MI, MO, MT, NC, ND, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, and WA; does not screen the other 34 states, or licensure board actions. Each state list's as-of date is shown with its own results. Reflects the loaded data generation, not a live query against OIG, SAM, or any state.
