Not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Matters if you're using a report to help decide on hiring, promotion, or retention in a way that requires FCRA-compliant adverse-action process. CFExclusion's reports are not a consumer report and are not built or regulated as one — talk to a CRA that handles that specifically.

Not affiliated with HHS, OIG, SAM.gov, or any state Medicaid agency

Who this rules out
